Steps

Heat oil
Fry onion until just light golden (not deep brown)
Add whole spices
Add all whole spices
Fry about 1–2 minutes - 2
Add water
Add chicken stock cube
Add salt carefully
Let it come to a boil - 3
Add soaked rice
Cook on medium heat - 4
When water is almost absorbed
Sprinkle yellow color / saffron
Cover and cook on low heat 10–15 min
