Heat up frying pan, add vegetable oil once its hot pour in onions and stir

Add the mince beef once the onions is caramalised to your taste i fried mine for 3mins

After 5mins, add tomatoes and pepper, fry for another 5mins, while you are waiting for the sauce to dry out, break egg in a bowl and whisk

Add salt and stir in the eggs, fry till the egg is cooked through.

Serve with bread, fries or boiled yam
