Curd Vada
Everybody's favorite at home..crispy vada in thick yogurt..
Steps

Soak urad dal for 1.5 hours

Grind the dal to make a paste with water.batter should be thick

Add chopped shallots, ginger, curry leaves and salt to the batter

Take spoon fulls of batter and fry it in cooking oil.

Fry until golden brown

Dip the vadas in hot water for few seconds and keep them aside for draining.once vadas are cooled, put them into the curd that has been mixed with salt to taste and a pinch of sugar

Soak for atleast half an hour before serving
