Take clay pot and heat.Add 1 tspn oil.splutter mustard,fenugreek,dried chillies.,curryleaves...Now add ginger garlic and saute til golden brown.Add shallots and saute till brown.Now add all the powders and fry.Add the tamarind pulp and salt.Close the lid and let the mixture boil.Once boiled add the sardines and cook till it get semi dried consistency in medium flame.Alas switchoff by dripping some cococnut oil.
