Today I have made a healthy millet pulao with beetroot and peas. It's very simple quick easy recipe.

Today I have made a healthy millet pulao with beetroot and peas. It's very simple quick easy recipe.
Steps

First rinse the little millets/ samak rice in water, 3-4 times. And soaked them in water for 10 minutes. Now heat the ghee in a kadai add dry fruits and fry them until light golden brown. Take out and keep aside.

Same kadai add cumin seeds and chopped green chilies, saute few seconds then add peas and fry some times then add soaked samak rice, mix it properly.

Cook some times then add beetroot puree, mix it and cook.

Now add fried dry fruits, salt and hot water, mix them, cover and cook on low heat. Once all water evaporate and cook properly and dry up too.

Now add 1 tsp ghee and mix it very lightly. Pulao is ready.

Healthy beetroot peas little millet pulao is ready to serve.
