N.B at first it is better to add egg mix to maida mix.
if the mould is shallow bake for 20 min and if deep 30 min.

Beat butter,sugar and egg thouroughly.

Mix maida and baking powder.
- 3
Mix the two mixtures and beat well.
- 4
Add 5 drops of vanilla essence to this and beat well.

Grease the mould with butter and pour the mix to it.
- 6
Add the roasted nuts as topping.
- 7
Preheat oven for 5 min at 180 degree.
- 8
Bake for 25 min.
