Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspmilk
  2. 1 packages( 3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  3. 1/4 tspalmond extract
  4. 1/4 tsppeppermint extract
  5. 3 1/2 cupconfectioners' sugar
  6. 2or 3 drops red food coloring

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Beat cream cheese with milk until smooth.

  2. 2

    Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended.

  3. 3

    Press small amounts of mixture into candy molds.

  4. 4

    Remove from molds and allow to air-dry at room temperature 4 to 6 hours.

  5. 5

    Store in an airtight container.

  6. 6

    *This recipe makes about 3 to 4 dozen mints.*

Some of my favorite things are family, friends, my pets, cooking, baking, football (Badger & Packer), Brewer baseball, college basketball, car racing, thrift stores, volunteering, and rummage sales. I have a 9 year old rescue dog, and 7 birds ( 6 are rescue) and they range in age from 1 year to over 19 years old. I volunteer for a dog rescue and a shelter, as well as other festivals and organizations.
