Make two parallel slits on the paneer

Fill one of the sides with sweet mango chutney and the other with mint chutney

To the above marinade add the chopped chillies, ginger, coriander.

Apply the marinade all over the paneer tikkas and leave aside for 30 mins

Skewer and cook in the Tandoor for 4 minutes.
