Marvellous marble cake

Steps

Sieve the flour, baking powder and soda bi-carb together.

Mix the condensed milk, flour, melted margarine, vanilla essence and 1/2 teacup of water. You may add about 50 ml of water if required for better cosistency.

Divide the mixture into 2 parts.

In one part, add the cocoa and mix well.

Grease and dust a 175 mm. (7") diameter ring mould tin.

Put the vanilla mixture in the dish first. Spread it properly.

On to it put chocolate mixture and then swirl it with a folk or toothpick

Bake in hot oven at 400°F (180 degrees) for 25 minutes.

Cool the cake.

You may glaze it over with butter icing.
