  • half a kiloBhindi
  • 2onions big
  • 3 onestomato medium
  • 1 inchginger piece
  • 3 podsgarlic (optional)
  • 2 nosgreen chillies
  • 1 tspdhania powder
  • 1 tspjeera powder
  • 1/4 tspred chillu powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander leaves choppex
  • 1/2 cuppeanuts roasted

    Roast the peanuts in a skillet or in the microwave cool it and remove the skin. Coarsely powder them. Wash and chop the bhidies lengthwise making a small slit in the middle so that the spices go in. Smaller tender bhindies will be good as you do not need to chop them. Chop onions  and tomatoes in to big pieces and grind them in the mixie with garlic,green chillies and ginger.
