Ingredients

  • 5 - 7Bread slices
  • 3 nosPotatoes -   medium size
  • 3 - 4 tbspsButter -
  • 6 - 7 podsGarlic - finely chopped
  • 2 nosGreen chilli - finely chopped
  • coriander leaves Fresh
  • 2 tbspsChaat masala powder -
  • 1/2 tspJeera cumin / powder -
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 nosEgg -
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes and mash them. While still hot add the butter and mix well till fully incorporated.

  2. 2

    Add chopped garlic, green chilly, salt, chaat masala, jeera powder, coriander leaves and mix thourougly (preferably wth ur hand)

  3. 3

    Cut bread slices into 4 triangles. On each triangle spread the potato mixture generously. 

  4. 4

    Dip both sides of the bread nicely in beaten egg and fry them in oil. You may either deep fry or shallow fry it. (Prefer shallow fried). Serve hot..enjoy!!👍
