100 gpotato (cubes skin on) / 3½ oz .
50 gonion (sliced) / 2 oz .
50 gcarrots (small cubes) / 2 oz .
50 gred peppers (thin strips) / 2 oz .
50 gtomatoes (chopped) / 2 oz .
sausages * or the meat from low-fat link

Put the vegetables (other than the tomatoes) in the microwave for four minutes.

Put a fry pan on high heat sprayed with Spray2Cook. Fry off the bulk sausage as the vegetables cook.

Add the microwaved vegetables together with the tomatoes and spray again with Spray2Cook. Season with salt and pepper whilst cooking.

Cook off until ready to serve.
