Ingredients

8-serving
  • 1.25 litresMilk - (full cream)
  • 4Bread slices -
  • 12 - 15Almonds coarsely ground
  • 15 - 20Pistachios coarsely ground
  • 5 - 10Cardamom finely grounded
  • 1 cupMilk Powedered
  • 1/2 cupSugar

Steps

60 mins
  1. 1

    Put milk in the heavy bottom utensil for boiling. After a boil,put the milk on  simmer till it is reduced 1/2 the volume(25-30 minutes). Keep Stirring the  milk with the big spoon otherwise milk may set in the bottom/sides.

  2. 2

    Once the milk has reduced to half add coarsely broken pieces of bread, sugar and powdered milk in it. Keep stirring so that no lumps are formed.

  3. 3

    Turn off the gas and add dry fruits, stir well and let the mixture cool.

  4. 4

    Now your Kulfi is ready for solidifying. Fill up the ice cream moulds and put it in freezer till it sets...about 6hrs and Enjoy!
