Ingredients

4-serving
  • For stuffing
  • 1/2 cupcarrots grated
  • 1/2 cuponion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cupcapsicum finely chopped
  • 6 - 7basil Italian leaves
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 to 2 tbspsbutter home made
  • 4Cheese paneer slices or Home made
  • For Parathas
  • 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1 cupWater butter butter milk or whey after straining and boiling the
  • Ghee / Oil for pan roasting

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a soft dough with flour and whey. Leave it aside for 10 mins

  2. 2

    In a kadhai heat butter, add onions. Sautee onions for couple of mins.

  3. 3

    Add veggies, basil and spices and mix well.

  4. 4

    Cook at low flame for 5 mins. Veggies should be crunchy and not over cooked

  5. 5

    Roll medium thin rounds out of dough and pan roast them into parathas using ghee/oil.

  6. 6

    In hot paratha, lay cheese and 1 tbsp of veggies and make rolls.
