Make a soft dough with flour and whey. Leave it aside for 10 mins

In a kadhai heat butter, add onions. Sautee onions for couple of mins.

Add veggies, basil and spices and mix well.

Cook at low flame for 5 mins. Veggies should be crunchy and not over cooked

Roll medium thin rounds out of dough and pan roast them into parathas using ghee/oil.

In hot paratha, lay cheese and 1 tbsp of veggies and make rolls.
