Ingredients

  • 170 gspelt flour
  • 4 tablespoonscacao powder
  • 170 gxylitol (sugar alternative)
  • 5 tbspsgreasing oil of choice (I used olive) plus extra for
  • 230 mlalmond milk
  • 1 tspvanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre-heat the oven to 180C/350F

  2. 2

    Grease and flour a 20cm/8in square cake tin with some of the oil

  3. 3

    In a bowl mix the flour, cacao powder and xylitol

  4. 4

    Add the oil, almond milk and vanilla extract, and mix together until completely mixed

  5. 5

    Pour into the tin, and bake for about 25 minutes
