Mix the maize and beans in a sufuria. in another sufuria place in onions and cooking oil. After a minute add the tomatoes and stir then cover for 2minutes.

Crash the tomatoes then add the maize and beans and stir.

Add 1/2 cup of water and salt then stir. Cover for 3 minutes and then serve while hot.
