Ingredients

  • Pan of cornbread (crumbled)
  • 2 cansKidney Beans
  • 2 cansCorn
  • 2 cupsGreen Peppers (chopped)
  • 2 cupsOnion (chopped)
  • 2 cupsTomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 cupsShredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Bacon Bits
  • 2 cupsMayonnaise
  • 2 cupsSour Cream
  • 2 packetsRanch Dip Mix

Steps

  1. 1

    Layer ingredients as listed up till the shredded cheese.

  2. 2

    In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream and ranch mix. Layer on top of salad.

  3. 3

    Garnish with additional cheese and bacon bits.
