Ingredients

cookie sheet
  1. Graham Crackers (split into fourths)
  2. 3/4 cupSliced Almonds (or I prefer Pecans)
  3. 1/3 cupSugar
  4. 1 stickButter or Margarine

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil sugar and butter for 2 mines.

  2. 2

    Line cookie sheet with foil.

  3. 3

    Lay graham crackers on foil.

  4. 4

    Lay nuts on crackers.

  5. 5

    Spoon butter-sugar mixture over each cracker.

  6. 6

    Cover cookies completely with tin foil.

  7. 7

    Bake at 325° for 10 minutes.

  8. 8

    When removing from oven, DON'T tilt the pan. Cookies will be soggy until completely cool.
