These crispy rounds perfect for a tea time snack.
Steps

Dry roast rice flour till it slightly hot (do not change colour), cool it. Make fine powder of putnala add it to rice flour,add salt, chili powder,,jeera, ajwain,hing, curry leaves and hot oil &dry mix it (bind it fist if it's binds then it's ready) add water in batchesand prepare medium soft dough.

Take portion of the dough roll it like stick and make circle of it, (take measure of finger) prepare all like this.

Heat oil and drop the prepared kodubale one by one and fry till nice golden crispy on low to medium heat.

Crispy kodubale ready to eat with tea or as a snack.
Tips
Fry kodubale on low to medium heat till bubbles reduces for crispyness.
