Sweet & Spicy Apple Pork Loins
Anyone who knows me, knows I throw things together. This one was simply because I had pork and apples and not much else thawed for dinner! Cooked on the grill wrapped in foil to retain moisture and soften the apples (al dente) without making the house hot!!

Anyone who knows me, knows I throw things together. This one was simply because I had pork and apples and not much else thawed for dinner! Cooked on the grill wrapped in foil to retain moisture and soften the apples (al dente) without making the house hot!!
Steps

Rinse pork in cold water and place in baking dish or foil

Pour Worcestershire sauce over pork evenly
- 3
Season meat with sugar, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper
- 4
Cut apples into wedges while removing core/seeds and layer on top of pork
- 5
Top apples with butter and drizzle maple syrup
- 6
Cook on medium low heat on grill for 40 mins (or until temp has reached 150 degrees F) or in oven at 325

If cooking on grill, remove meat from foil and place on grill just long enough to brown lines
- 8
Serve and enjoy!
