Grill or pan-fry the Chinese sausage until fragrant. Slice into pieces.

Slice the Vietnamese pork sausage (cha lua).

Finely chop the scallions and cilantro. Heat a pan and sauté the dried shrimp with the scallions and cilantro to make scallion oil.

Spread a banana leaf, add the sticky rice, then top with Chinese sausage, pork sausage, pâté, and scallion oil. Add a little soy sauce with chili for extra flavor.
