Ingredients

  • 1/4 coil (palm oil, light olive or avocado)
  • 4 tbsp.dried minced onions or 2 small onions, diced
  • 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp.salt (ground sea salt)
  • 1 tbsp.thyme
  • 1 tbsp.rosemary
  • 1 tbsp.oregano
  • 1 tbsp.parsley
  • 2 tbsp.sweetener (1 scoop ready to use Stevia)
  • 2x 28 oz containers of organic tomatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Place oil in pan. Heat over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. If using minced dried onion, add about 1/3 c water to rehydrate. Cook for approximately 2 minutes until browned.

  2. 2

    Add remaining ingredients and cook for about 7 minutes until the sauce is slightly darkened in colour. Serve over pasta.
