Pineapple and Mint Agua Fresca

My mom loves fruits and herbs. One day, we tried a fruit water with mint, and it was a great discovery. So, at home, to surprise my mom, I made this mix that turned out perfect! Super refreshing!

My mom loves fruits and herbs. One day, we tried a fruit water with mint, and it was a great discovery. So, at home, to surprise my mom, I made this mix that turned out perfect! Super refreshing!
Steps
- 1
Peel half of the pineapple, trying not to remove too much pulp.
- 2
Cut the pineapple into pieces (to help the blender).
- 3
Add the pineapple, sugar, and mint powder to the blender.
- 4
Remove the mint leaves and wash them (I have mint in a small pot in my garden, so I don't need to disinfect it, but if you don't know its origin, disinfect it 😉).
- 5
Add to the blender.
- 6
Add a glass of water and blend very well.
- 7
Strain the blended mixture through a sieve.
- 8
You'll get a very large pitcher; I put it in the refrigerator and serve it in a small pitcher throughout the day.
- 9
Add ice and enjoy... Super refreshing!
