Prepare all the ingredients

Heat the oil, sautee garlic and shallots, bring the chicken in, add some chicken broth when it's dry, then put the shredded bamboo shoot in, season it as preference. When it's done, let it cool.

Wrap: mix flour and starch then sift. Add some salt, egg, and mix with water. Add 1 tbsp cooking oil and strain to get a smooth batter.

Heat the pan, brush with cooking oil. Take a spoonful of the batter and make a crepes like.

When it's done, wrap the chicken bamboo shoot.

Sautee the blended shallot, garlic, and taoco. Add some water, season with salt & sugar, and add some liquid starch.
