Ingredients

30 minutes
3 servings
  1. 3 cupsrice
  2. 3medium fingers of carrot
  3. curry and thyme(use as desired)
  4. 1medium size of chicken
  5. 1 cupground nut oil
  6. 1medium size of bulb
  7. 2medium size of green pepper
  8. to tasteseasoning and salt
  9. 1big size of cucumber
  10. 4 cubesmaggi
  11. 2 handfulpeas

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut your chicken into desired pieces, wash and put in a pot then you season it with your maggi, salt, you add your curry and thyme then you slice your onion and add to it. Wash your hand and use it to mix the chicken with the seasoning so it can be mixed proper, then you keep it aside for some time so as to allow the seasoning get into the meat.

    Parboil your rice until half done, then you strain from the water and keep aside in the strainer for the water to be dripping

    You get your vegetables ready ie you chop them to your desired sizes

  4. 4

    After which you now put your meat on fire you allow it cook till tender, the you strain it from the stock and fry.

  5. 5

    You now put the meat stock back on fire, then add the rice and allow to cook. The get a frying pan to fry the vegetables in oil if you like you can add butter after which you add into the rice and allow for like 3 minutes on fire until dry then you use your cooking stick to mix it together

    Its ready to be served. your can use the cucumber to decorate as seen above.
