I have been searching for a good lobster bisque recipe ever since having the most amazing lobster bisque at a local restaurant. After hours of searching, I finally decided to use a bunch of different recipes to create my own. I didn't know what to expect, but it turned out very good.

I have been searching for a good lobster bisque recipe ever since having the most amazing lobster bisque at a local restaurant. After hours of searching, I finally decided to use a bunch of different recipes to create my own. I didn't know what to expect, but it turned out very good.

Very finely chop the onion, celery & carrot. The finer, the better.

With a large pot on medium heat, melt butter and then add the onion, celery & carrot. Cook until soft.

Add flour. Cook/stir until roux bubbles
- 4
Add the rest of the ingredients except for lobster meat. Stir until you get desired thickness.

Add lobster meat. Stir and cook long enough for meat to cook.
