Add cabbage and spring onions in a bowl and stir well.

Add rice flour and wheat flour in,mix it very well.

Add water and Ground ingredients,stir well.

Heat oil in a pan and then add a tablespoon vegetables batter,fry until golden brown.

Bakwan(fried vegetables) ready to serve. Is good to eat it when it still hot. Enjoy😋😋😋
