Ingredients

  1. 400 gramscabbage, chopped into small thin lengthwise
  2. 70 gramsrice flour
  3. 200 gramswheat flour
  4. 2spring onions, cut into small pieces
  5. 🍀🍀MIX IN A BLENDER: 6 shallots, 4cloves garlic, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, 1 block chicken broth, 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  6. 250-300 mlwater
  7. cooking oil for frying

    Add cabbage and spring onions in a bowl and stir well.

    Add rice flour and wheat flour in,mix it very well.

    Add water and Ground ingredients,stir well.

    Heat oil in a pan and then add a tablespoon vegetables batter,fry until golden brown.

    Bakwan(fried vegetables) ready to serve. Is good to eat it when it still hot. Enjoy😋😋😋
