Sandesh or Kacha Golla is a very popular Bengali sweet that is made out of chenna or homemade paneer. Here is a quick version prepared out of Amul paneer. I gave a rose flavour to it by adding rose water and rose petals. Garnish the end product with some chopped pistachios and enjoy this delicacy as it is or chilled.

Ingredients

200gms. Amul Paneer
4-5 tbsp.powdered brown sugar
2 tsp.rose water
few rose petals, thinly sliced
1 tsp.chopped pistachios

200 gms. Amul Paneer.

Blend in the mixi.

Mix along with the sugar and rose essence till smooth.

Add the finely cut rose petals and incorporate them well in the dough.

Form equal sized balls out of it & top them up with some chopped pistachios.
