Ingredients

serves two
  1. 5 ozfarro farfalle pasta (about 140 grams)
  2. 15small cherry tomatoes
  3. 2garlic cloves
  4. extra-virgin olive oil
  5. 2 handfulsarugula
  6. 1 handfulpine nuts
  7. 1 tablespoonpesto
  8. salt, to taste
  9. pepper, to taste

  1. 1

    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.

  2. 2

    In a skillet, heat a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil. Sauté the garlic until golden, then quickly sauté the cherry tomatoes, quartered.

  3. 3

    On a cutting board, roughly chop the arugula leaves without mincing them.

  4. 4

    Once the pasta is cooked in boiling water, add it to the skillet with the tomatoes. Stir in the pesto, pine nuts, salt, pepper, and finally the arugula.

  5. 5

    Toss briefly and serve.
