Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 20 pcsmedium prawn
  2. halfbig red onion (slices)
  3. 1 slicegalanga/lengkuas in malay
  4. 2medium garlic (slices)
  5. cili padi for ur own spicyness (cut)
  6. add potato cut small n slim for fast cook (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    1 heat oil. Add garlic, onion, galanga, chili padi.. saute until smells nice.

  2. 2

    Add potato until almost cook

  3. 3

    If u skip the potato part. Just add prawn for the next step

  4. 4

    Then add 30ml water and bring to boil. Then done.
