Today i woke and i found my mum preparing mandazi. I join in to help which made the work easier and fun.
Steps

Put the flour, sugar, baking powder, a pinch of salt and cinnamon powder in a bowl and mix.

Then start to add blueband mix with your hands to form crumps. Then addeggs slowly while kneading.

Add warm milk and knead softly. (be careful not to add to much milk as this may make you add more flour. Add milk little at a time.)

Allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes

In a flat surface spread some flour and add start to roll the dough.

Roll it until it becomes 0.4 cm thick.

At this point you should start heating oil in a pan in medium heat.

Then take a knife and cut the dough into small squares

Then start to put the dough into heating oil.

Fry the mandazis while turning both sides until they turn golden brown.

Then put in a crip paper to drain excess oil.

Serve best with tea.
