  3. Spring onion
  4. Cooking oil

    Wash the Omens with warm water then place aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a sufuria to the maximum. Then add omens.

  3. 3

    Let fry till golden brown as you stir then add onions and tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Cook to mix well.

  5. 5

    Serve with Ugali
