Ingredients

45 minutes

1 cupnormal beans (pre boiled)
1onion
2tomatoes
1 cupmixed veges (carrots, capsicum coriander and many others depending on your preference)
2 tbspoil
1/4 tspsalt
1 tsproyco
1cuo of water

Steps

45 minutes

Fry onions in a sufuria until slightly brown then add the tomatoes and stir until soft

Add royco and salt. Stir

Add mixed vegetables

Add beans then simmer.

Stir the beans and cook for 5 minutes. when ready serve with Ugali or Chapati
