  • 7large okra(chopped)
  • 1/2 cupkpomo
  • 1 bunchpumpkin (sliced)
  • 1/4kilo goat meat
  • 3 cubemaggi
  • to tastesalt
  • 1small onion (chopped)
  • 1 tablespooncrayfish
  • 3 tablespoonpalm oil
  • 5fresh pepper (blend)

    Wash meat,kpomo with salt and put inside a clean pot.

  2. 2

    Add maggi,salt and water boil for 15min.Add crayfish for 2min then add palm oil for 3min.

  3. 3

    Add pepper after 1min add onion then okra for 3 min.Then add pumpkin leaf for 1min

  4. 4

    So so delicious can be eaten with semo as shown in the picture.
