Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 CupRice Flour -
  2. 2 Cupwater
  3. 2 tspGreen Chillies Paste -
  4. Sesame seeds 2 tbsn +few for garnish
  5. Cumin seeds 2 tbsn
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. Papad khar 1 tspn
  8. Methiya masala /Achar masala 1 tbsn
  9. Oil 2 tbsn
  10. Coriander leaves for garnish
  11. Garlic chutney optional

Steps

  1. 1

    In Cooking pan add water,salt, green chili paste, sesame seeds, papad khaar, jeera and mix well

  2. 2

    Bring it to boil and keep the gas on till the water quantity is bit reduced, then switch off the gas

  3. 3

    In another mixing bowl, add rice flour then add the water boiled in above step little by little and keep stirring the dough with the help of the rolling pin

  4. 4

    Grease another plate with oil From the dough prepared above, make small balls and put them on greased tray

  5. 5

    Take it serving dish pour some oil on top and sprinkle sesame seeds,methiya masala (achar msasla) nd coriander leaves..Serve with Garlic chutney..
