  • 2pork ribs
  • 2 tbspcanned black bean
  • 3ginger (smashed)
  • 5garlic (smashed)
  • 2red chillies
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 2 tbspshaoxing wine
  • 2 tspsesame oil
  • Salt, pepper, & sugar
  • Cooking oil

Steps

60 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat the oil, pan fry the pork ribs. Leave aside.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil, garlic, ginger, red chillies and the black beans until it fragrants.

  3. 3

    Then, put the pork ribs back in the pan, and add some water. Boil until its tender. Or might be steamed as well.
