Curried Rice, vegetables and Kidney stew

Cut your kidney to your desired size, wash, season with maggi, thyme, onion, salt and put on fire

While cooking the kidney, you wash your tomatoes, tatashe, onion, Garlic, blend and put aside

Chop all your vegetables and put aside

After all, your meat is ready, you get the pot you want to use for the stew, pot on fire, pour your oil, slice your onion inside and allow it to fry for 1 minute then you fry the kidney a little, then you add the blended ingredients in it, add your maggi, curry, salt and cover to boil

Once the water in it is dry and it starts frying you keep stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot, allow it for 2 minutes then you put it down

Mean while your curried rice is on fire, once the water is dry, you add your carrot and green pepper, cover and put it down the steam is enough for the vegetables so you don't over cook it.

Ready to be served with your stew and the Lettus. Enjoy
