Ingredients

  • 2 lbspork laman
  • 2 tbspgarlic minced or crushed
  • 5 piecesdried bay leaves
  • 4 tbspvinegar
  • 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  • 1 tbsppepper
  • 1/2onion sliced
  • 1/2onion sliced in circular shape
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1big potato sliced in oval flat
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2onion sliced in circular shape

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine pork, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic then marinade for at least 1 hour

  2. 2

    Heat the pot and fry the sliced potatoes until it goes brown

  3. 3

    After frying the potatoes, add the marinated pork and cook for a few minutes

  4. 4

    Add water, pepper to taste, sliced onion, dried bay leaves and bring it to boil. Simmer for 40 minutes to 1 hour

    Put in the vinegar and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes for an additional taste

  6. 6

    Add salt to taste

  7. 7

    Serve hot. Share and enjoy!
