  1. 2 lbsLondon Broil
  2. Marinade Ingredients
  3. 1 CupKikkoman Soy Sauce
  4. 1/2 CupLea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
  5. 1/2 CupYamasa Teriyaki Sauce
  6. 1/4 CupDark Brown Sugar
  7. 2 TbspHoney
  8. 1 TspGround Black Pepper
  9. 1 TspGround White Pepper
  10. 1 TspGarlic Powder
  11. 1 TspOnion Powder
  12. 1 TspRed Pepper Flakes
  13. 1 TspSmoked Paprika
  14. 1/2 TspRed Cayenne Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Adjust above marinade ingredients by adding or subtracting 1/4 measurement per 1/2 lbs of meat.

  2. 2

    Mix all marinade ingredients in a lidded container or sealable bag.

    Slice London Broil to desired thickness. Add meat to marinade container or bag.

    Cover marinade container or seal bag and let sit in refrigerator overnight.

    Smoke at 180 degrees to complete the jerky.
