Steps

Wash the potatoes clean and boil in salted water. should not be too soft

Peel carrots and boil separately until cooked ensure it doesn't over cook

Boil peas separately too
- 4
When cooked remove from heat strain and let them cool
- 5
Peel off the potatoes and dice them to the size of peas
- 6
Dice the carrots to the size of peas
- 7
Mix in together in a bowl and add 6tbs of mayonnaise
- 8
Mould nicely into desired shape and serve
