First clean thoroughly your veggies and chop them as desired

In a pan, fry onion and garlic paste in oil for 5 minutes until it turns light brown

Then add tomato and asparagus and let simmer for 4 more minutes

Add gradually, egg plant and mushrooms. Add the remaining ingredients and a 1/4 cup of water (optional) and let simmer for 5 minutes

Serve with rice, meat and green salad. Bon apetit
