  1. as needed noodles
  2. 1/2 tbspcornfour
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. 1 tbspcoriander leaves
  5. to tasteblack pepper
  6. 1 tspsoya sauce
  7. 1chilli chopped
  8. 1 tspvinegar
  9. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  10. 1/4 cuponion
  11. 1/4 cupBeans
  12. 1/4 cupbeetroot grated
  13. 1/4 cupCarrot chopped
  14. 1/4 cupCabbage, finely chooped

Cooking Instructions

    First chop onion, chilli, garlic, ginger, bean,capsicum, beetroot, carrot,cabbage.

    Heat oil in a pan add chilli, garlic ginger paste fry that for a minute.

    Add chopped onion, bean, carrot,cabbage,capsicum,beetroot.

    Stir fry on a medium to high flame add black pepper powder, soya souce

  5. 5

    Add water and salt.

    Cover the pan for some time

  7. 7

    Cook noodles, add them to hot oil for frying

  8. 8

    Make a paste of cornflour with water add that in the soup

  9. 9

    Wait for some time add vineger swith off the flame.

  10. 10

    Serve vegetable manchow soup hot topped with noodles& coriander leaves
