Cooking Instructions

First chop onion, chilli, garlic, ginger, bean,capsicum, beetroot, carrot,cabbage.

Heat oil in a pan add chilli, garlic ginger paste fry that for a minute.

Add chopped onion, bean, carrot,cabbage,capsicum,beetroot.

Stir fry on a medium to high flame add black pepper powder, soya souce

Add water and salt.

Cover the pan for some time

Cook noodles, add them to hot oil for frying

Make a paste of cornflour with water add that in the soup
- 9
Wait for some time add vineger swith off the flame.
- 10
Serve vegetable manchow soup hot topped with noodles& coriander leaves

#GlobalApron 2024 week 38 ingredient onion. I love homemade soup. It is so much better than canned. After cooling I measure 4 cups and put in gallon zip lock bags.. I lay them flat on a sheet pan and freeze. They take little room in the freezer and thaw quickly. There really aren’t measurements for this recipe. You can make a small batch or be like me and end up with 16 quarts. cindybear
