Heat the olive oil in a large, deep skillet. Add the green onions, leeks, dill, spinach, and a little black pepper. Sauté lightly.

Remove from heat and set aside to let the filling cool slightly.

Grease a medium-sized baking pan with butter.

Take 3/4 of the dough and roll it out to make a sheet for the bottom of the pan, making sure it covers the sides as well. Brush it with a little olive oil.

Spread half of the filling over the dough, then crumble half of the feta cheese on top by hand.

From the remaining dough, take a small piece, roll it out, and place it in the center of the pie.

Add the rest of the filling and crumble the remaining feta cheese on top.

Roll out the rest of the dough to make a top sheet and cover the pie.

Brush with olive oil and butter, cut into pieces, and bake at 350°F (180°C) without convection for about one hour.
