Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2small size butternut
  • garlic
  • 1tomato
  • cooking oil
  • 1 tsproyco
  • salt
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • leavescoriander

Steps

    Mash the butternut till fine then add little water.

  2. 2

    Stir fry the onions and garlic with oil till golden brown then add tomatoes

  3. 3

    After a few mins add the mashed butternut then stir

  4. 4

    Add the paprika, royco, salt and paprika.

  5. 5

    Stir and let cook for 5 mins.

  6. 6

    Serve with rice
