Clean the poha with a wet cloth.dry roast the poha for 4-5 minutes. Poha becomes crispy. Keep aside. Now take a 1 tea spoon oil in a pan and roast peanuts, cashew nuts,roasted chana,coconut slices and raisins one by one. Keep a side.

Now make tampering. Take 1 spoon oil in a pan.when oil becomes hot add mustard seeds,Haldi powder and fennel seeds.mix well. Add curry leaves and chopped green chillies. Fry them.make sure they don't change in colour. Add the roasted poha and dry fruits. Mix well.add sugar,salt and dry mango powder according to the taste. Mix well.fry for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.

Sift it in a plate for cool. Store in a air tight container.
