This is a 4 am snack. my mum loves it especially when prepared during this cold season.

Ingredients

4 serves
  1. 1/2 cupmillet flour
  2. Water
  3. to tasteSugar
  4. 1 tbspblueband

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil 1 and 3/4 cup of water. Then add blueband and sugar to taste.

  2. 2

    Then mix flour with water to form a thick paste like that of pancake.

  3. 3

    Then pour into the boiling water. Stir all the time.

  4. 4

    Stir until the porridge start to boil. Then allow it to boil for 5 more minutes. Then serve.
