Chicken with olives

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan preferably. Add the onion and when it gets tender add the fillets and the wine. Lower the heat and wait for the wine to evaporate and the meat to get a little golden brown in the oil.

Then add the tomato, the garlic, the olives and let it boil over medium heat and half covered until the sauce thickens.

When it is ready, add salt and pepper according to taste, an pinch of chili powder and two pinches of oregano.

Turn of the heat and add the feta cheese cut into coarse chunks. Mix lightly and serve.
