Steps

Wash the shrimps well and devein them.

Put the oil in a deep frying pan and sauté the onion and the tomato which you have finely chopped.

Add the shrimps and turn them a couple of times until they get pink.

Then add the ouzo and let it boil until only a little juice is left.

Add the vegetable stock cube and the heavy cream.

When it starts boiling add the pepper and the feta cheese cut into small cubes.

Cook until the sauce has combined well and the feta cheese has melted. Taste for salt.
