For the zucchini stuffing: Mix the rice, beef, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper,

1/2 teaspoon seven spices, bouillon cube, half of the garlic, and oil.

Preparation method: Hollow out the zucchini and stuff them halfway. Place them in a pot over chopped onion and tomato.

Pour over them the remaining spices, tomato paste, tomato juice, garlic, dried mint, and water. Bring to a boil.

Once boiling, reduce the heat and let them cook on low heat. Adjust salt to taste.
