Ingredients

30 min
  • 1 cupSuji
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 2-3 teaspoonsugar
  • 1-2 teaspoonGhee
  • 2 tablespoonMilk powder
  • For sugar syrup
  • 1/2 glasswater
  • 1 glasssugar
  • 1 teaspoonCardamom powder
  • 8-10Almond for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    First take a pan or kadai pour milk in it when the milk is little warm add sugar and stir it nicely and in intervals add suji in it and mix it nicely while mixing add ghee in it so that it don't stick close the gas and keep the mixture to cool down

    When yur mixture is cool then add milk powder along ghee and mix it nicely

    Make a fine dough of it and rub it nicely

    Then make a ball of it and fry it till it is pinkish and dip in sugar syrup

    Garnish it with almonds

    For sugar syrup take water add sugar and along it with add cardamom pow when yur syrup is ready add jamuns in it
